Find A VA:

• is not an employment agency

• is not a recruitment agency

• is not a labour hire provider

• does not employ Virtual Support Professionals

• does not supervise or manage engagements between parties

Virtual Support Professionals listed or introduced through Find A VA operate as independent businesses and contractors.

Any engagement entered into between a business and a Virtual Support Professional is solely between those parties.

3. Service Types

Find A VA may offer different levels of services, including but not limited to:

DIY - Do It Yourself

Access to matched Virtual Support Professional profiles based on the information provided by the business.

Businesses are responsible for:

• reviewing profiles

• conducting interviews

• assessing suitability

• onboarding

• managing the engagement

DWY - Done With You

Curated introductions and matching assistance based on business requirements.

DFY - Done For You

Enhanced matching support including role scoping, shortlist refinement, onboarding guidance and additional support services.

Find A VA reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue service offerings at any time.​

4. Verification Process

Find A VA may offer verification services for Virtual Support Professionals.

Verification indicates that certain information has been reviewed by Find A VA at a point in time, including but not limited to:

• ABN or business registration

• insurance documentation

• online presence

• service agreements

• testimonials or experience evidence

Verification does not constitute:

• licensing

• accreditation

• endorsement

• competency certification

• ongoing monitoring

• suitability guarantees

Businesses remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to engagement.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While Find A VA takes reasonable steps to facilitate suitable matches, we make no guarantee regarding:

• suitability of any match

• compatibility

• availability

• performance

• service quality

• business outcomes

• financial outcomes

• continuation of services

We do not guarantee that:

• businesses will engage a Virtual Support Professional

• Virtual Support Professionals will secure work

• any minimum number of leads, placements or outcomes will occur

Any recommendations or introductions are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.

6. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Find A VA agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information

• communicate professionally and respectfully

• conduct their own interviews and due diligence

• assess suitability independently

• comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• ensure any engagement complies with contractor, taxation, workplace and superannuation obligations

Businesses acknowledge that Find A VA cannot provide legal, accounting, HR or employment advice.

7. Virtual Support Professional Responsibilities

Virtual Support Professionals using Find A VA agree to:

• provide accurate and current information

• maintain accurate profile and availability details

• operate as an independent business

• comply with applicable laws and regulations

• maintain any required business registrations and insurance

• act professionally and ethically

• communicate respectfully with businesses and Find A VA

Find A VA reserves the right to suspend, reject or remove any profile at its discretion.

8. Fees & Payments

Certain Find A VA services may require payment.

All fees:

• are listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated

• must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing

• are subject to change at any time

Businesses and Virtual Support Professionals are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing before purchasing services.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital matching and introduction services, refunds are generally not available once matching work has commenced.

Refund requests may be considered where:

• Find A VA is unable to substantially deliver the purchased service

• no suitable matches can reasonably be identified based on the criteria provided

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Platform Use Restrictions

Users must not:

• use the platform for unlawful purposes

• submit misleading or false information

• harvest or misuse contact information

• use the platform for spam or marketing unrelated to genuine service engagement

• disrupt or interfere with platform operations

• impersonate another person or business

Find A VA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse occurs.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, graphics, text, systems, workflows and materials, remains the property of Find A VA unless otherwise stated.

• third-party systems or platforms

Any engagement entered into between parties introduced through Find A VA is solely between those parties.

14. Indemnity

Users indemnify Find A VA against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from:

• misuse of the platform

• breach of these Terms

• disputes between parties

• inaccurate or misleading information supplied by the user
